This Saturday – 3rd October – marks the start of Milton Keynes’ biggest fashion event of the year.

To launch the Centre’s two weeks of fashion activities, shoppers can get hold of an exclusive Fashion Fortnight Privilege card that offers numerous discounts and freebies at over 20 stores in Midsummer Place from Monday 19th October.

Only 10,000 limited edition cards have been created which can be snapped up for free from Saturday 3rd October inside Midsummer Place. Holders will be entitled to discounts including; free tea and coffee at Debenhams; 10% off at Karen Millen; Kookai; Lush; Charles Clinkards; 15% off at Planet; free keyring with every purchase over £30 at Lego and much more.

Fashion Fortnight is a celebration of the latest trends and styles that Milton Keynes’ Fashionable Quarter has to offer. Everyone from Debenhams to GAP; Karen Millen to Coast have come together to present the biggest celebration of fashion this year, which will culminate in a runway event on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st October.

Throughout Fashion Fortnight, Midsummer Place is also giving shoppers the chance win a VIP trip for two to Milan, Italy plus £500 spending money. The winner will stay in the five star Le Meridien Galla hotel for two nights in the heart of the World’s fashion capital. Entry for this competition will run through Midsummer’s website from 1st October.

During the build up to the fashion show, a number of retailers will be running demonstrations, handing out freebies and offering fashion advice in the centre of Midsummer Place – a full list of exhibitions and timings will be available online.
