Disabled parking bays are located on both floors of the car park, near to the lift lobbies. The Shopmobility unit within the Centre provides wheelchairs and mobility scooters on request for a nominal fee. The Shopmobility unit is accessible from Oak Court and from Saxon Gate. Customers wishing to phone in advance to pre-book mobility equipment can do so by contacting Shopmobility direct on 01908 550470. Oak Court & South Concourse Toilets are located at Oak Court and on the 1st floor of the South Concourse, adjacent to the escalators. Disabled toilet facilities are available at Oak Court and at the South Concourse toilets.
Midsummer Place Shopping Centre is wheelchair accessible at all entrances into the Centre and two passenger lifts are provided to access the ground and 1st floor of the Shopping Centre and both levels of the car park.
Baby changing facilities are available both at Oak Court and at the South Concourse toilets.
